(Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) is a somatic restoration technique that releases deeply held patterns of tension and accumulated stress by literally shaking it off. Gentle stretches invite the body to naturally discharge stress and help the body to relax and restore nervous system wellbeing, while building resilience for life's stresses.
